- Wash at 30°C (86°F) with similar colors.
- Turn inside out before washing to protect prints.
- Don’t use fabric softener to keep the material strong.
- Don’t use a dryer to avoid shrinking.
- Iron on low heat and avoid ironing over prints.

- Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- Rest of Europe: 2-5 business days
Please note that shipping times may be longer during busy periods or holidays.

If your order takes longer than expected, please check your tracking link first. Sometimes delays happen due to customs, holidays, or bad weather. If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 days, contact us at interlaceclothing.contact@gmail.com, and we’ll help you.

Our returns policy allows you to return products unused within 14 days after the delivery. You can open the parcel and check the contents. Once we've received your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. Returns will only be accepted when items are unused, unwashed, with all original Interlace labels attached and in the original packaging.

Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Yes, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. However, if there is a problem with your order, Interlace will cover the return costs.

We process, pack, and ship orders very quickly, so in most cases, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. However, if you contact us immediately at interlaceclothing.support@gmail.com, there is still a chance that we can cancel or adjust your order before it is shipped.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be sent back to your original payment method. If you canceled an order before it was shipped, the refund will be processed immediately. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the money to appear in your account.
