Welcome to Interlace Clothing. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.interlaceclothing.com) and your purchases from us. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, services, and interactions on our website.
1.2 We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect once published on our website.
1.3 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
2. Orders & Payments
2.1 All prices listed on our website include VAT but exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Orders are considered final once payment has been successfully processed.
2.3 We accept the following payment methods:
- iDEAL
- PayPal
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Klarna (Pay Later)
- Apple Pay & Google Pay
2.4 If an order is suspected to be fraudulent or contains incorrect pricing information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
2.5 Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 We currently ship to countries within Europe.
3.2 Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 2-5 business days
- Belgium, France, Germany: 3-7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
3.3 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location:
- Netherlands: Free shipping
- Belgium, France, Germany: €6.95
- Rest of Europe: €9.95
- United Kingdom: €12.95
3.4 Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control.
3.5 Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been dispatched.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Customers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it.
4.2 The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
4.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
4.4 Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.
4.5 Refunds may take additional time depending on the bank or payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at interlaceclothing.support@gmail.com.
5. Exchanges
5.1 We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return your item and place a new order.
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
6.1 Due to our fast processing times, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been packed and shipped.
6.2 If you contact us immediately after placing your order at interlaceclothing.support@gmail.com, there may be a chance to cancel it before it is processed. However, we cannot guarantee this.
7. Product Information & Liability
7.1 We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations in color, size, or material may occur.
7.2 Interlace Clothing is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or damage caused by the misuse of our products.
7.3 By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that our products are for personal use only and are not intended for resale without prior agreement.

10. Governing Law & Disputes
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
10.2 In case of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us first at interlaceclothing.support@gmail.com to find a solution.
10.3 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through the relevant courts in Netherlands.
