Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at interlaceclothing.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you return instructions.
  3. Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Some banks may take a few extra days to process the refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, you will need to return the item and place a new order for the correct item.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at interlaceclothing.support@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
